The scientific conference "Results of the Research Expedition to the Patomskiy Crater-2010”, which brought together organizers and participants of the expedition project, as well as scientists and media representatives, took place on March 31, 2011 in the Great Hall of the St. Petersburg State Mining University.

Welcoming remarks were provided by the expedition members - Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Sergey Mironov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the FPLB, M.V. Slipenchuk, as well as by the Rector of the St. Petersburg State Mining University, V.S. Litvinenko. The conference was also was attended by the Director of FPLB, B.D. Tsyrenov, members of expeditions to Patomskiy Crater, scientists, teachers and post graduates of the St. Petersburg State Mining University.
