Member of the Scientific Council of FPLB and the Chairman of the Buryat branch of RGS, A.K. Tulokhonov congratulated the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of FPLB, M.V. Slipenchuk and the Director of FPLB, with state awards of Mongolia. The awards were presented by the President of Mongolia, Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj, in Ulan Bator, for their merits in the development of Russian and Mongolian relations.
